Terms of Service
Your session fee includes the time spent with our therapist during your appointment, as well as the time required for drafting and sending all necessary medical correspondence. This covers letters to your general practitioner, any involved specialists, and copies to you upon request. However, this does not extend to drafting documents for legal purposes or external entities. We prefer to send communications digitally, unless you specify otherwise.
Insurance Claims: Should we handle billing through your health insurance, please note that pricing could differ based on your insurance’s agreements. Inform us of your insurance details before your first visit, including your policy and claim reference numbers. Verify your coverage; you’re responsible for any co-pays or amounts not covered by your insurance.
Billing
Payment for services rendered is expected at the conclusion of your appointment, unless we’re processing your insurance claim.
We accept payment via the email invoice link, by major credit/debit cards, cash, or cheque.
Appointment Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Without this notice, you will be charged for the appointment as if it had occurred.
